He pointed out the changes and new features that I had no clue about. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up ordering a new vehicle. I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough! We returned to purchase our second new Toyota from Ruda and had another great experience. The Grand Highlander we wanted was extremely difficult to get, but with Aaron and Ashley’s persistence it was found and purchased for a very fair price. Customer service and communication was 5/5 throughout the process, and there was no sales pressure at any point. Thank you Aaron, Ashley, and Bill for everything you did to make it happen. We just closed a deal on a beautiful Toyota Venza! It was superb condition. We dealt directly with Aaron Newton and Bill Ruda. Aaron went above and beyond to find the vehicle we were looking for. He was upfront, honest and communicated every step of the process efficiently.
