We just closed a deal on a beautiful Toyota Venza! It was superb condition. We dealt directly with Aaron Newton and Bill Ruda. Aaron was super to work with and answered any questions we had and there was no pressure on the sale. Bill was courteous and friendly and also wants to make the experience a great one. We discussed and got a fair trade for our vehicle, so we decided to do it. Finance available at a good rate, Tracey handled all the paperwork with ease. Then upon delivery, we had Ashley the "wizard", show us all the features! That was so nice to have someone dedicated to that portion of the sale! Very happy and satisfied with this purchase! Aaron went above and beyond to find the vehicle we were looking for. He was upfront, honest and communicated every step of the process efficiently. This is the fourth new Toyota that we have purchased from Ruda, and I am sure we will be back. Bill and Jean Ruda really care about their customers and the community!

Service department was great. They answered all of my questions, worked on my car, squeezed in an oil change I asked to be added to my service, and my car was spotless when I got it back. They made the experience easy and convenient.

We purchased a new 2026 Toyota Camry from John and we absolutely love the car! The finance department was excellent, and staff even spent extra time with us explaining all the technology and vehicle features (even helped us sync our phone to the vehicle). Owner Bill Ruda personally stepped in and thanked us for the purchase. Ruda Chevrolet Toyota is first class! They take great care of their buyers! I bought a new Toyota tundra limited today. John and the dealership were outstanding his knowledge about the vehicle was awesome it’s so nice going to a dealership and talking about a vehicle and the salesman knew all the answers about the vehicle. While I was there Bill the owner came out to introduce himself what a class act I am 67 years old and never had that happen. We negotiated the trade in value and the price of the truck with ease and all sides were happy. The only downside side was the finance manager. She ran my credit which came back in a couple minutes then she asked what day I would like to come back to do the paperwork. I told her now would be fine she stated she is the only one there and was very busy. I live out of state and was not going to come back a different day. I NEVER bought a new car and didn’t leave with it that day. So I said that’s fine she could just return my vehicle keys back and I would be on my way. She said she would work on it if I could give her some time I said sure went to lunch came back a hour and a half later and everything was ready to sign. That aside this dealership was outstanding. Before leaving I talked to the parts manager about a Bed cover for the truck he gave some good options and had a lengthy discussion of the different types I did not get a name but he was a great guy and took a lot of time with me. I would definitely buy another car here.
